This can lead to premature motor wear or reduced machine efficiency.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-fb071cf elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"fb071cf\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>For easy detection of all motor stator overheating and consistent thermal monitoring,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/mesurex.fr\/produits\/categories\/capteurs-temperature-pt100-a-encoches\/pt100-encoches-pour-stator-type-le1\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">Mesurex has developed the LE1 notched PT100 probe<\/a>.<\/p><p>This probe is the fruit of a\u00a0<em>long R&amp;D effort<\/em>\u00a0to select: the\u00a0<strong>suitable insulators<\/strong>\u00a0(multi-layer Teflon or Kapton), a\u00a0<strong>special Epoxy insert<\/strong>\u00a0(with holding time up to 180\u00b0C), and\u00a0<strong>suitable connecting wires<\/strong>\u00a0(in 3 or 4 wires). The prototype was also subjected to numerous\u00a0<strong>temperature testing<\/strong>\u00a0(0\u00b0C to 100\u00b0C) and\u00a0<strong>insulation tests<\/strong>\u00a0to guarantee perfect operation at 5kV.<\/p><p>The final LE1 product from Mesurex allows you to\u00a0<strong>measure temperatures from -20\u00b0C to 180\u00b0C<\/strong>. Its dimensional characteristics (<strong>flat, thin, rectangular with a long sensitive zone<\/strong>) allow it to be placed in the stator slots of motors to easily detect any overheating.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3d589ab elementor-widget elementor-widget-image\" data-id=\"3d589ab\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"image.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<img decoding=\"async\" width=\"800\" height=\"514\" src=\"https:\/\/mesurex-sensors.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/LE1-1-890x890-1.jpg\" class=\"attachment-large size-large wp-image-3238\" alt=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/mesurex-sensors.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/LE1-1-890x890-1.jpg 890w, https:\/\/mesurex-sensors.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/LE1-1-890x890-1-280x180.jpg 280w, https:\/\/mesurex-sensors.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/07\/LE1-1-890x890-1-768x494.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-94a4b6a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"94a4b6a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>These products respect\u00a0<strong>PT100 standard NF EN 60751<\/strong>, and the\u00a0<strong>EDF specifications HN-51-S-01<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Various sizes are available as standard, depending on the insulation voltage required:<\/p><p>80mm x 10mm x 2.5mm (5000V) \u25a0 80mm x 7.5mm x 2mm (3000V) \u25a0 50mm x 8mm x 2mm (3000V) \u25a0 50mm x 5mm x 2mm (3000V) \u25a0 80mm x 8.3mm x 2.5mm (5000V), but\u00a0<em><strong>customizable formats<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0according to customer needs.<\/p><p>In addition, Mesurex provides\u00a0<strong>special care during assembly<\/strong>\u00a0to avoid any problems with subsequent insulation. In its metrology laboratory, Mesurex also performs\u00a0<em>dielectric tests on each probe<\/em>\u00a0to validate its insulation resistance.
