This can lead to premature motor wear or reduced machine efficiency.<\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">For easy detection of all motor stator overheating and consistent thermal monitoring, <em>Mesurex has developed the notched PT100 probe <a href=\"https:\/\/mesurex.fr\/produits\/categories\/capteurs-temperature-pt100-a-encoches\/pt100-encoches-pour-stator-type-le1\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">LE1<\/a><\/em> .<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">This probe is the fruit of a <em>long R&amp;D effort<\/em> to select: the <strong>suitable insulators<\/strong> (multi-layer Teflon or Kapton), a <strong>special Epoxy insert<\/strong> (with holding time up to 180\u00b0C), and <strong>suitable connecting wires<\/strong> (in 3 or 4 wires). The prototype was also subjected to numerous <strong>temperature testing<\/strong> (0\u00b0C to 100\u00b0C) and <strong>insulation tests<\/strong> to guarantee perfect operation at 5kV.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The final LE1 product from Mesurex allows you to <strong>measure temperatures from -20\u00b0C to 180\u00b0C<\/strong>. Its dimensional characteristics (<strong>flat, thin, rectangular with a long sensitive zone<\/strong>) allow it to be placed in the stator slots of motors to easily detect any overheating.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">These products respect <strong>PT100 standard NF EN 60751<\/strong>, and the <strong>EDF specifications HN-51-S-01<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Various sizes are available as standard, depending on the insulation voltage required:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">80mm x 10mm x 2.5mm (5000V) \u25a0 80mm x 7.5mm x 2mm (3000V) \u25a0 50mm x 8mm x 2mm (3000V) \u25a0 50mm x 5mm x 2mm (3000V) \u25a0 80mm x 8.3mm x 2.5mm (5000V), but <em><strong>customizable formats<\/strong><\/em> according to customer needs.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In addition, Mesurex provides <strong>special care during assembly<\/strong> to avoid any problems with subsequent insulation. In its metrology laboratory, Mesurex also performs <em>dielectric tests on each probe<\/em> to validate its insulation resistance. Each probe is delivered with <strong><em>its own calibration report and test certificate<\/em> <\/strong>(temperature measurement, dielectric test validation, dimensional test, etc.).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mesurex's production facilities in the Paris region manufacture <strong>customized sensors<\/strong> to suit each customer's needs, constraints and requirements.
