In-line 0..10V analog converter for strain gage bridge transducers - TR FO LIG
This amplifier is designed for strain gage bridge technology transducers. This in-line amplifier for force transducers (tension and compression) or strain gauge pressure transducers is an ideal solution when it is not possible to install a conventional converter. TR FO RS485 DIN rail in a cabinet. The amplifier is powered from 15 V to 30 V and manages the precise power supply to the strain gage bridge, protecting it from short circuits. Sensor sensitivity must be between 0.5 and 30 mV/V. Analog output voltage can be set over a range of 0 to ± 5 V or 0 to ± 10 V The voltage range is selected via an internal DIP switch. Fine adjustments and zero-point setting are performed by multi-turn potentiometers mounted on the circuit. Internal connection of sensor, output signal and power supply is via screw terminals. The amplifier is waterproof to IP67. The amplifier's limiting frequency is 1 kHz.
