Custom solutionsAdapted to your environment

At Mesurex, we place technical and industrial expertise, as well as customer focus, at the heart of our approach. It's a comprehensive, documented engineering approach that transforms an idea, a compliance matrix or a specification into a qualified, operational measurement solution.

Thanks to our multidisciplinary design office (mechanical engineering, electronics development, signal processing, CAD, etc.), we can support you in the design and integration of complete measurement systems perfectly adapted to your most demanding environments - whether mechanical, thermal, electronic, vibratory or regulatory constraints.

Structured methodology

Our design office is involved at every stage of complex studies to :

  • Study technical and functional feasibility of your solution, taking into account your specific operating environments, your performance objectives and the current standards (compliance matrix),
  • Define optimized measurement architectures, by selecting the technologies and components best suited to your application, and by anticipating any qualification tests to be carried out,
  • Virtual simulation and prototyping your systems, and anticipate mechanical, thermal or electronic interactions, in order to validate their behavior before any physical realization,
  • Managing qualification processes (QTP – Qualification Test Procedure) of products, to RTCA DO-160, MIL-STD, IPC-620C, CE standards (extensive mechanical, climatic, electromagnetic, etc. testing) in recognized independent laboratories.
  • Summarize the test reports and write the final product qualification file (QTR – Qualification Test Report), to provide comprehensive documentation for your complex programs.

Intervening early in the development cycle enables us to anticipate technical risks, reduce costly iterations and secure qualification stages.

Development example

Temperature sensors - Aerospace

Designed according to compliance matrices and developed in compliance with aeronautical standards (DO-160, MIL-STD).

Some PT100 and thermocouple ranges are flight-approved and integrated into on-board systems.

We have also developed solutions integrating a miniature amplifier directly into the sensor, with industry-standard outputs (4-20 mA, 0-10 V).

These architectures provide secure signal transmission in disturbed environments.

Each transducer is designed to fit perfectly into the final measurement system, with careful thought given to the mechanical interface and operating environment.
