Force or pressure transmitters
The TR FO USB is a converter for all strain gage bridge transducers: force, pressure, torque. It enables simple data acquisition on a PC. Power is supplied directly via the USB port, so there's no need for an external power supply. Acquisition is possible at up to 1,200 measurements per second. A modular acquisition software package enables parameter setting, acquisition, visualization and curve export. When several sensors are connected to the same PC (up to 16), the values can be combined to define a specific curve using mathematical functions.
Acquisition can be performed on the following sensors: Pont de Jauges : 350 ... 5Kohm 6-wire connection Sensitivity 0..50mV/V Supply voltage 2.5V/ 5V Excitation current 45mA Measurement accuracy +/-0.05% of full scale Potentiometer : 3-wire connection 1Kohm resistor .....5Kohm Measurement signal 5V Excitation voltage 5V Excitation current 45mA Measurement accuracy +/-0.05% of full scale DC/DC voltage input : Excitation voltage 12V Current 80mA Measurement signal +/-10V Accuracy +/-0.05% of full scale PT100 temperature option : PT100 type sensor Measurement range -200....600°C Accuracy 0.1K Frequency of 2 measurements /s Depending on the software used, the sampling rate can be as high as 1200 measurements/s, with 16 sensors simultaneously.
