Linear displacement, velocity and position measurement
With its single-wheel structure (250 or 256 mm wheel circumference), the ROUECOD series is ideally suited to measuring length and/or travel speed. Development is adapted to international units of measurement (by selecting resolution). The robust structure of the ROUECOD series guarantees long life, and the simple design makes them very easy to assemble, with a wide variety of mounting possibilities thanks to the spring-loaded lever. The spring system compensates for uneven parts of the measuring surface. The ROUECOD series can operate at speeds of up to 3,000 rpm and is used in a wide range of industrial applications to measure position, speed and path in linear motion, such as foil manufacturing, the wood industry, textile or packaging machinery, conveyor belts.
