It's not always easy to access a local or wifi network to download or consult data from a data acquisition system (force, pressure, temperature, humidity, displacement, distance meter...).
This is a common problem in isolated areas, such as bridges, construction sites, transformers and engineering structures....
We have developed an in-house acquisition box with a GSM router.
This box is equipped with a 10-channel or 20-channel control unit for local data acquisition, such as : humidity, the temperature, the force (tension, compression) or pressure.
A GSM router is connected directly to the power plant and allows you to remotely stop a recording, set parameters, retrieve data and view the acquisition in real time....
The box protects the control unit and provides all the connections needed to wire the sensors.
In the event of a power cut, the control unit restarts automatically. Remote connection is never interrupted, and there's no need to visit your local office, as we manage IP address portability.
These boxes are developed in-house according to the sensors to be installed. We test and calibrate them on the basis of our in-house metrology laboratory.
The system is self-contained, making it accessible from any PC.
