This strong commitment to quality, reliability and traceability enables us to meet the requirements of the nuclear industry, by providing - in addition to our products - a wide range of services. complete and precise documentation to trace the origin of materials and the conformity of manufacturing steps.

Nuclear research :
- New reactors nuclear Design and deployment of new innovative reactor concepts (new generation reactors (Generation IV), small modular reactors (SMR), fast breeder reactors (RNR) or reactors molten salt…)
- Radioactive waste management : eco-friendly« storage solutions, volume reduction and of waste radioactivity.
- Extending existing stock Upgrading and optimizing the operation of power plants currently in service (the «Upgrading" program).« Grand Carénage »(launched in France in 2010)
- Plant safety Reinforcement of safety standards for reduce the risk of accidents, sabotage or attacks terrorists.
Against this backdrop of continuous safety enhancement, performance improvement and the design of disruptive solutions... instrumentation requirements are huge, but they must be accompanied by rigorous, traceable, controllable and reproducible processes.
From the graph opposite, it's easy to understand how much the decarbonizing power generation is a a major lever for controlling CO2 emissions.
The goal of achieving carbon neutrality by 2050 involves a massive effort to develop energy decarbonization projects, replacing fossil fuels with renewable energies. mass production of renewable and nuclear electricity.
In Europe, nuclear power is the leading source of electricity generation, accounting for 24 % of electricity produced. The France 2030 plan, backed by 1.2 billion euros of public funding, is revitalizing the nuclear industry by stepping up the pace of innovation and training. Of course, other countries have also embarked on the path of (re)building this sector, its industrial ecosystem and the associated expertise.

Mesurex: Your partner in nuclear instrumentation
Mesurex, a sensor manufacturer since 1972, is part of this trend. A demanding, robust, trust-based collaborative approach focused on industrial performance, serving major players such as CEA, EDF, Jeumont Electric, Westinghouse...
For one of our customers, we designed and manufactured a custom-made EDF specifications, and temperature probes (TC type K Class 1, according to NF EN 60584-1) in stainless steel jacketed with nuclear-classified heat-shrink tubing. These probes, more than 6 m long, are part of a series of preventive maintenance primary pump units (GMPP), which ensure primary fluid circulation in the reactor. Before delivery, each probe was tested and approved calibrated up to 400°C in our in-house metrology laboratory.
Our adherence to the most stringent industry standards and procedures testifies to our commitment to quality and our ability to participate in a high-performance, secure supply chain ISO 9001 - Quality management; EN 9100 - Aerospace specific standard; AMS 2750 - Heat treatment of materials; DO 160F - Environmental conditions for aeronautical equipment...
