Temperature cycling :
In addition to these numerous pressure tests, our sensors undergo several cycles of «Temperature »aging", from 24h to 96h as standard.
- Cell sensors: 8h cycling at cold (-40°C), ambient and hot (+120°C) temperatures
- Strain-gauge sensors: first cycling for 72 hours at cold (-40°C), ambient and hot (+120°C) temperatures, then second cycling for 24 hours at similar temperatures, or at more extreme conditions (from -55°C to +135°C) for our «High Temperature» versions (sensors PKHT for example).
If deviations are detected, our specialist technicians make the necessary adjustments and subject the sensors to additional cycles.
From the ocean depths to high altitudes, our customers need precise, reliable, rugged sensors that perform in extreme environments. We make no compromises when it comes to quality, and our processes are certified. ISO9001-EN9100.
Making pressure sensors is an industrial expertise we've been perfecting since 1972, and we're proud of it.

At MESUREX, rigor is at the heart of our manufacturing process.
Did you know that EACH of our pressure transducers, designed and manufactured in our workshops, are subject to stringent pressure tests between 12 and 20 times before delivery to the customer?
Pressure testing :
- Testing «settling» sensor (6 pressure rises, possibly doubled for some models), up to 1.5 times the measurement range, to ensure perfect positioning and stabilization of the various mechanical and electronic components.
- Verifications (6 to 14 tests) throughout the manufacturing process, These include 11-point up/down tests, 0-EM-0 checks, adjustment/calibration, etc., to ensure optimum operation at each stage, before moving on to the next.
