PT100 sensitive element

PT100 and PT1000 RTD Nu

PT100 or PT1000 Temperature sensor for applications requiring precise temperature measurement, for temperatures from -70°C to +500°C.

This sensitive element is created by sputtering a thin layer of platinum onto a ceramic substrate. The resistive circuit, created by photo lithography, is then covered with a protective glass film.

The tensile strength of the connections is guaranteed by a drop of glass applied to the welds. The transducer is vibration-resistant and highly stable over time.

This sensor has a very small footprint. It features excellent electrical insulation and reduced response time.

Nominal value 100, 500 and 1000 Ω at 0°C
Temperature coefficient α = 3850 ppm/K
Tolerance IEC 751 - class B, A and 1/3 Din (others on request)
Measurement range : -70°C ...+500°C (depending on tolerance classes)
