This sensitive element is created by sputtering a thin layer of platinum onto a ceramic substrate. The resistive circuit, created by photo lithography, is then covered with a protective glass film.
The tensile strength of the connections is guaranteed by a drop of glass applied to the welds. The transducer is vibration-resistant and highly stable over time.
This sensor has a very small footprint. It features excellent electrical insulation and reduced response time.
