Friction thermocouple - LE49 RVI

Friction sensor series LE49 has been developed for surface measurement on a brake disc with a bronze pad.

The flexible stainless-steel lamella adds rigidity to the sensor. Foil reinforcements strengthen the thermocouple's attachment to ensure a long service life. A spring-loaded screw adjusts the contact firmness.

Mounting is by means of a Ø5 mm screw.
Measurement is performed by a Ø1 mm pyrocoax sensor - length 300mm. The shielded Teflon extension cable allows connection to a datalogger or display unit.

 

  • Temperature measurement by pyrocoax sensor Ø1 mm - length 300 mm,
  • Sensitive element Type K thermocouple, Tolerance Class 1 to NFC 42321 and IEC 584-3
  • Measurement range : -40° ... 900°C peak
  • Dimensions 80 mm x 10 mm x 0.5 mm
  • Extension cable Shielded Teflon (2m standard - other lengths on request)
  • Adjusting screw M3 with spring
  • Connector Miniature (standard) or standard connector (cylindrical pins)
