Flexible thermocouple PFA, glass silk - FTT, FIT, FGG, FHH

This model of thermocouple temperature sensor is characterized by its flexibility, his ease of use and its low prices. Ideal for surface, ambient and pipe temperature measurements.

MESUREX has developed a range specially designed for electric motor measurements (vehicle, motor windings). Their very small dimensions (less than a mm in some cases) make it easy to insert these sensors in the stator winding. From dielectric and insulation testing are carried out at various levels from 0 to 5kV.

They can be easily installed and held in place with glue, specific kapton and aluminum tape or a metal/nylon collar, adjustable to suit the diameter.

Calibration to AMS 2750 possible through our metrology laboratory

 

  • Sensitive element thermocouple K , J, T, N, E, S, ... (type K (green) version is the most widely used)
  • Type of insulation : Teflon (TT: Teflon exposed hot spot / IT: Teflon insulated hot spot), glass silk (GG) or ceramic fiber (HH)
  • Precision Class 1 to NF EN 60584-1 (Class 3 for T°< -40°C)
  • Measurement range Teflon 250°C / Glass silk 350°C (500°C peak) / Ceramic fiber 1000°C
  • Conductor diameter 0.1 / 0.2 / 0.5 / 0.8 mm
  • Connections Bare wires as standard (miniature or standard connectors optional)
